New Generation Extrusion Die

Reymond Products will soon be releasing a new generation of extrusion dies. These dies are the most technologically advanced "stiff extrusion" die that has ever been put to market. Talk about user friendly, the unit uses a series of hinges to allow the operator to service various points of the unit without ever dismounting any portion of the die. However, the largest improvment of the die is the use of a core bridge that lubricates each core independently. This feature allows higher voids to be extruded without web tearing and actually reduces amperage below what would be normal for lower void extrusion. Many hours of testing across a broad range of materials has proven this will be the benchmark for extrusion capabilities.
