RPII Adjustable Die Cap

Keeping pace with demands of time saving ideas, Reymond Products introduces another innovative product. The adjustable cap allows a particular plant to choose one of two ways to adjust sizes. One can either choose the length of the unit or the bed depth to be adjusted. The cap can be adjusted during extrusion allowing one to fine tune extrusion size. Typical uses would be cut and roll back texture or a variation of velour depth to achieve a variation of texture.

Caps are available in all common brick sizes. Caps are manufactured with the same high-grade tool steel as used in our standard caps. Replaceable liners allow change out of worn liners to be done onsite in a matter of minutes.
